We require 2-3 business days to process your order. Shipping time is another additional 3-4 business days depending on the shipping location. Total lead time can be up to a week. 

Exceptions:

Limited edition or holiday Tohfa Boxes - minimum 5 business days for order processing. 

 As empty boxes are not our prime business model, prices for an empty box are charged at a premium rate.

Standard White Gloss Tohfa Box

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know within one week of receiving the box and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Due to the customization of each gift, all sales are final.

To ensure your Tohfa Box gets to your loved ones with zero hassle, we offer these options:

1. Free pick up from Mississauga, Ontario. Select "Pick up" at checkout. 

2. Canada wide shipping. Select "Ship" at checkout for Canada Post shipping charges and options.

Standard: 3-9 business days
Express: 1-2 business days

We do not include any receipts (i.e. packing slips) since a Tohfa Box is always a gift.

Yes! We include a note card in the gift box for your message. Every box form has an option to add a note card. Special instructions can also be added at checkout!

If you’d like to add 1-2 additional items to an existing specialty box, add the items to the cart and we’ll be sure to include them in the specialty box during packaging! However, if there are various items in one of our specialty boxes that you’d like to add or remove, we highly encourage you to use our Build Your Own box option! That way, you can select all the desired items from one spot.
