How do I get my Tohfa Box to my family and friends?

To ensure your Tohfa Box gets to your loved ones with zero hassle, we offer three options:

  1. Free pick-up from Central Mississauga, Ontario
  2. Delivery within Mississauga, Brampton, and Oakville on weekends for a flat fee of $10 (Option is available after you select "Shipping" at checkout)
  3. Canada wide shipping (charges calculated at checkout)

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know within one week of receiving the box and we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, due to the customization of each gift, all sales are final.

Do you include a card in the gift box?

Yes! We include a note card in the gift box for your message.

Can I buy an empty box with only the personalization on the box lid?

Although we encourage you to buy a box with pre-filled items, we’re more than happy to accommodate your request of an empty box with personalization on the box lid. Add an empty box to the cart or contact us at info@tohfabox.ca.

How can I remove or add items from a specialty box? 

If you’d like to add 1-2 additional items, add them to the cart and we’ll be sure to include them in the specialty box during packaging! However, if there are various items in one of our specialty boxes that you’d like to add or remove, we highly encourage you to use our Build Your Own box option! That way, you can select all the desired items from one spot.
